Project Management
- Coordination with Architect, MEP consultants & Innovela Design office on time to time basis
- Establish with Innovela Design Office at an early stage; the optimum mould sizes to incorporate into the projects
- Liaise with Innovela Design Office to identify any issues in relation to drawings
- Streamline information flow from design to manufacture, to enable information to be better utilized and increase the efficiency of resources
- Liaise with Quality Agency and Quality Manager to establish guidelines of a standard product and to monitor if the standards are met on a continuous basis
- Guide /Assist Production Manager to prepare and monitor the weekly plans to meet the project time frames, budgeted hours at tender stage and agreed site dates
- Provide support in solving the technical and quality issues within the plant
- Liaise with Quality Agency and Quality Manager to establish guidelines of standards on site and to monitor if the standards are met on a continuous basis
- Guide /Assist Contracts Manager to prepare and monitor the weekly plans to meet the project time frames, budgeted hours and agreed site dates
- Guide /Assist Contracts Manager to produce a weekly cost report with KPI’s, incorporate key inputs such as labor, material
- Chair weekly site meeting and circulate minutes
- Identify the areas of improvement and cost savings such as products, method of handling, design etc
- Provide support in solving the technical and quality issues on site
- Assist contracts manager to finalize crane positions and movements within the site as per project requirements
- To carryout random inspections of tie reinforcement in the structural screed & inspection of elements, grouting, sealing and connections.
